1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Service (including the StorePilot retail POS and inventory software), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
StorePilot provides an online, multi-tenant retail management system including Point of Sale (POS) terminals, inventory management, low-stock alerting, supplier tracking, and sales analytics. We offer a 3-month free trial for new subscriptions, after which billing is handled on a monthly or annual cycle.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To use most features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Our paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle (monthly or annually). At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or StorePilot cancels it.
5. Data Ownership & Usage
You retain all ownership rights to the inventory databases, catalog lists, and sale receipt transactions you upload or create using StorePilot. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StorePilot, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
